This enhanced platform has been designed to make your purchasing journey faster, simpler, and more seamless. With improved navigation and better-organized content, you will be able to find the products, documents, articles, videos, and educational resources you need more efficiently.
Beyond e-commerce, the website will also serve as an educational platform to support dental professionals with relevant clinical and product information.
How to Activate Your Account on the New Website
To access the new website, you will simply need to reset your password using the email address associated with your current Oral Science account. On Tuesday, June 22, you will receive a link to do so. There will also be a highly visible banner on the website to remind you to do so.
This password reset will securely activate your access to the enhanced platform and transfer your email to the new account environment. Once completed, you will be able to log in and continue using pro.oralscience.com with confidence.
With the new platform, each account will be managed through one master email address. The master account holder will be able to provide access to additional users and manage their permissions. The other access levels This structure is designed to give your clinic or organization better control over account access while keeping the ordering process simple and secure.
Your Order History Is Available
By activating your new account through the password reset process, you will be able to access your full order history on pro.oralscience.com dating back to 2017.
This includes orders placed directly through the website, as well as all orders placed through our customer service team since the foundation of Oral Science.
Flexible Payment Options
You will continue to have flexible payment options on the new website. You may pay by credit card at the time of purchase or pay upon receipt of your products, according to your usual payment terms.
A Secure Transition
Your security remains a top priority.
The new website is secure, and no credit card information from the previous website has been transferred or stored. For your protection, you will be asked to enter your credit card information again when placing an order on the new platform.
This is a standard security measure and helps ensure that your payment information remains protected.
